At our modern and efficient production facility, we produce sandwich panels using a fully automated vacuum bonding process. We saw and mill the sandwich panels to size.

At our modern and efficient production facility, we produce sandwich panels using a fully automated vacuum bonding process. We saw and mill the sandwich panels to size. In order to secure the thickness tolerances of the final product,

we modify all the core and reinforcement materials of the sandwich panels. In addition, we also mount various fittings. We are unique in the industry in that we offer a 15x4-metre maximum panel size as well as curved panels.

Raw materials

High-quality aluminum, polyester and foam materials are the basis for a high-quality end product.

Processing raw materials

We process multiplex, different types of foam and other inlays with an accuracy of up to 0.1 mm.

Automated vacuum bonding process

We glue materials together to make raw sandwich panels using a two-component vacuum bonding system. The adhesive is curing in several hours, after which the raw sandwich panel is ready for the next processing step.
